01 - ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms govern your use of redhorizoncybergroup.com and any related public webpages operated by RED HORIZON CYBER GROUP LIMITED (company number 17447075), trading as Red Horizon Cyber Group ("Red Horizon", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

02 - WHAT THESE TERMS DO NOT COVER
These are website-use terms only. They do not form the contract for consultancy, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, managed security, IT or infrastructure work, training, Red Horizon ONE, software, subscriptions or other paid services. Those activities require separate written terms, an order form, enrolment agreement, licence, statement of work, rules of engagement or other contract.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a Cyber Risk Review does not oblige either party to enter a contract and does not create a client, adviser, fiduciary or confidential relationship unless we agree otherwise in writing.
03 - INFORMATION, NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Website content is provided for general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, insurance or professional cybersecurity advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for an assessment of your circumstances. Cyber risk changes over time, and no statement on the website guarantees that any system, organisation, product or service is secure or compliant.
A free Cyber Risk Review is an introductory consultation, not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, audit, certification, legal opinion or assurance engagement. Any observations are preliminary unless confirmed in a separate written engagement.
04 - AUTHORISED AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You may access and use the website lawfully for personal or internal business information. You must not:
- Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes another person's rights;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, accounts, data, source code, administrative interfaces or connected systems;
- Introduce malware, harmful code, denial-of-service traffic, automated abuse or excessive requests;
- Circumvent access controls, rate limits, protective measures or technical restrictions;
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, copy or extract content or personal information at scale without our written permission, except for ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines in accordance with our technical instructions;
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation or reason for contacting us; or
- Use website information to facilitate unauthorised security testing, intrusion, harm or illegal activity.
Nothing on this website grants authorisation to test Red Horizon systems, our suppliers, clients or any third party. Security testing requires explicit written authorisation defining the systems, dates, methods and rules of engagement.
05 - REPORTING SECURITY VULNERABILITIES
If you believe you have found a vulnerability affecting the website, stop testing, avoid accessing or altering data, and report it through our published vulnerability-disclosure channel at Vulnerability Reporting.
Do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it. A report does not create eligibility for payment or a bounty unless a separate written programme expressly says so.
06 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content, including text, branding, logos, graphics, design, software, service names, frameworks and materials, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved.
You may view and print reasonable extracts for your personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where law permits. Red Horizon, Red Horizon One, Apex Consultancy, Quadrant IT Services and associated names and marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
07 - ENQUIRIES AND INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT
You are responsible for ensuring information you submit is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights. Do not send passwords, authentication secrets, exploit code, live vulnerability details or highly sensitive information through a general enquiry form.
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement or otherwise agreed in writing, information sent through the public website is not accepted on a confidential or privileged basis. This does not reduce our obligations under data-protection law or any confidentiality duty we expressly accept.
08 - AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility or that content will always be current. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict, update or change all or part of the website without notice where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and information. We do not control or endorse third-party content, security, availability, products, services or privacy practices and are not responsible for them. You use third-party websites at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10 - LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If you use the website for business purposes, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The website and its content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, and implied warranties or conditions are excluded;
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, reputation or business opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of or inability to use the website or reliance on its content; and
- Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the public website and these website terms will not exceed £100.
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory legal rights that these terms do not affect. We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill, but not for business losses or losses that were not foreseeable. The website is primarily intended for business and professional users.

If you use the website for business purposes, you will be responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, claims and costs we incur as a direct result of your unlawful use of the website or material breach of section 4, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

You may link fairly and lawfully to our homepage, provided you do not damage our reputation, imply an association or endorsement that does not exist, frame the website, or link from unlawful or misleading content. We may withdraw linking permission where reasonably necessary.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms apply from the effective date shown above. Please review them when you use the website.
14 - SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If a court or competent authority finds part of these terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
15 - GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
